Well if you mouse-over that, you will come to an option to “shout” a message!
If you’re not logged in, you can still shout your message, but it works better if you use the form at the bottom of the sidebar.

What can you shout?
Anything you want. Anyone can shout. If you see something that’s been shouted and you don’t like it.. THEN CHANGE IT!
Please note, we also would like you to keep it legal.
if you want you can post that you like dogs more than kitties.. or you can say how you like mudkip. I don’t really care what you say.
The shoutbox is there for you to write stuff. It’s yours. Do whatever you want to it.
